Mixed temperature anomalies prevailed in the eastern Caribbean for December 2020. Trinidad, Tobago, Grenada and St. Maarten were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados ranged from 0.25 oC cooler to 1.50 oC warmer; Saint Lucia was predominantly between 0.25 and 0.75 oC cooler with the northern tip being between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler. Martinique was between 0 to 0.75 oC warmer south to north; Dominica ranged from 0.75 oC warmer in the south to 0.25 oC cooler in the north; Guadeloupe and Antigua were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC cooler; St. Kitts was between 0.25 cooler to 0.25 oC warmer south to north; St. Croix was between 1.50 to 0.25 oC cooler south to north and St. Thomas was between 0.25 to 1.50 oC warmer. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from 0.75 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer. Aruba and Curacao were between 0.25 oC and 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico was predominantly between 0.25 oC and 0.75 oC warmer with the southeastern tip being between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. Haiti was between 0.25 oC and 0.75 oC warmer. Jamaica was predominantly between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer with a small section in the south east ranging up to 2.50 oC warmer. Cuba was between 0.25 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer west to east. Grand Cayman was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. Belize ranged from between 0.25 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas ranged from 0.25 oC cooler to 1.50 oC warmer.

The Guianas were predominantly between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer, with conditions ranging from at least 0.75 oC cooler in northeast Suriname up to 1.50 oC warmer in northern Guyana/Suriname border. Aruba and Curacao were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico, Haiti and Grand Cayman were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Jamaica was between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer. Cuba and Belize were between 0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.

Aruba and Curacao were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico was between 1.50 and 0.25 oC warmer from west to east. Haiti was between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Cuba was predominantly between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer with the eastern tip being between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Jamaica and Grand Cayman were between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer. Belize was predominantly between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer, with conditions ranging from 0.25 oC warmer in the southwest up to 2.50 oC warmer in a small area in central Belize. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.
