Mixed temperature anomalies prevailed in the eastern Caribbean for November 2020. Trinidad and Tobago was between  0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer;; Grenada, St. Maarten, St. Croix and St. Thomas were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados ranged from 0.25 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer; Saint Lucia ranged from 0.75 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer; Martinique was between 0 to 0.75  warmer south to north; Dominica ranged from 0.75 oC warmer in the south to  0.25 cooler in the north; Guadeloupe was between 0 to 0.75 oC cooler; Antigua was between 0.25 to 0.75 oC cooler; St. Kitts was between 0.25 cooler to 0.25 oC warmer  south to north. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from at least 2.50 oC cooler in northeastern Suriname to 0.75 oC warmer in southwestern Guyana and much of French Guiana. Aruba was between 0 to 0.75 oC cooler and Curacao between 0.75 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Cuba were between 0.25 to 1.50 oC warmer. Haiti and Grand Cayman were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Belize ranged from between 0 to 1.50 oC warmer with a small area in central Belize ranging up to 2.50 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.

September to November 2020

Trinidad and Tobago were between 0.75 to 1.50 oC warmer; Grenada, Martinique, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and St. Croix were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados was between 0.25 cooler to 1.50 oC warmer; Saint Lucia and Dominica were between 0.25 cooler to 0.75 oC warmer; Guadeloupe was between 0 to 0.75 oC cooler; Antigua was between 0.25 to 0.75 oC cooler; and St. Kitts was between 0 to 0.25 oC warmer. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from at least 0.75 oC cooler in northeastern Suriname up to 2.50 oC warmer in northcentral French Guiana. Aruba was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer and Curacao was between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto, Jamaica, Cuba and Belize were between 0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer. Haiti and Grand Cayman were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.

June 2020 to November 2020

Temperatures in the eastern Caribbean were higher than the 1981 – 2010 average with the exception of Guadeloupe and Antigua which were between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler. Trinidad, Tobago, St. Croix and St. Thomas were between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer; Grenada, and Martinique were between 0.25 to 1.50 oC warmer; Barbados was between 0 to 1.50 oC warmer; Saint Lucia, Dominica and St. Kitts were between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer and St. Maarten was between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer. The Guianas were predominantly between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer, with conditions ranging from at least 0.75 oC cooler in northeast Suriname up to 1.50 oC warmer in northeastern French Guiana. Aruba and Curacao were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico, Cuba and Belize were between 0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer. Jamaica was between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer. Haiti and Grand Cayman were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.

December 2019 to November 2020

The islands of the eastern Caribbean were warmer than the 1981 – 2010 average, except for Guadeloupe and Antigua which were between 0.25 cooler oC to 0.25 oC warmer. Trinidad, Tobago and St. Thomas were between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer; Grenada, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts, St. Maarten and St. Croix were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados and Martinique were between 0.25 to 1.50 oC warmer; Dominica was between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer. The Guianas were predominantly between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer, with conditions ranging to 0.25 oC cooler in northeast Suriname. Aruba and Curacao were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer. Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Cuba and Grand Cayman were between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer. Haiti was between 0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer. Belize was predominantly between 0.75 and 1.50 oC warmer, with conditions ranging from 0.25 oC warmer in the southwest up to 2.50 oC warmer in a small area in central Belize. Northern Bahamas was between 0.75 and 2.50 oC warmer.
