Conditions throughout the eastern Caribbean were predominantly normal to above normal during the month of February. Trinidad and Grenada normal to moderately wet; Tobago very wet; Barbados very to exceptionally wet; St Vincent slightly dry in the west to predominantly normal elsewhere; Saint Lucia and Antigua predominantly normal to slightly wet; Martinique normal to moderately dry; Dominica normal to moderately wet; Guadeloupe extremely wet in the west to normal in the east; St Kitts and St Thomas extreme to very wet; St Maarten and Anguilla slightly wet and St Croix exceptional to extremely wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was normal and Curacao was normal to slightly wet from south to north. Puerto Rico ranged from slight to exceptionally wet west to east. Hispaniola ranged from normal in Haiti in the west to very wet in northern Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry in the southeast and northwest and to moderately wet in the west. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from severely dry in the northwest to moderately wet in the west and to very wet in northeastern areas. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to moderately dry and Belize ranged from normal in central areas to very wet in the south and moderately wet in the northeast.

December 2021 to February 2022

Predominantly normal to below normal conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean over the three month period. Trinidad, Tobago, Grenada and St Thomas normal; Barbados slightly dry in the extreme south to predominantly normal; St Vincent predominantly severe to moderately dry; Saint Lucia moderate to slightly dry; Martinique severe to exceptionally dry; Dominica, Antigua and St Maarten moderately dry to normal; Guadeloupe predominantly normal to extremely dry in the east; St Kitts very wet to normal; St Croix and Anguilla slightly wet to normal. In the Guianas conditions were predominantly normal ranging to exceptionally wet in southwestern Guyana and northeast central French Guiana. Aruba and Curacao were normal. Puerto Rico ranged from normal in the west to exceptionally wet in the northeast. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in northern Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry on the extreme northwestern border and slightly wet in the northeast. Grand Cayman was predominantly normal to slightly wet in the east. Cuba was predominantly normal with slightly wet conditions on the northeastern border. Northern Bahamas ranged from moderately wet to normal and Belize was predominantly normal ranging to moderately wet in the southeast.

September 2021 to February 2022

Normal to below normal conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean over the six month period. Trinidad normal; Tobago and St Kitts normal to slightly dry; Grenada and St Thomas slight to moderately dry; Barbados exceptional to slightly dry; St Vincent, Martinique and Antigua extreme to exceptionally dry; Saint Lucia exceptionally dry; Dominica moderate to extremely dry; Guadeloupe moderate to exceptionally dry west to east; St Maarten moderately dry to normal south to north; Anguilla normal to slightly wet and St Croix moderately dry. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from moderately dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba was moderate to slightly dry and Curacao was predominantly normal to slightly dry in the extreme south.  Puerto Rico ranged from moderately dry in the extreme southwest to moderately wet on the northeastern border. Hispaniola ranged from normal to exceptionally dry. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry in the extreme south, west and eastern areas. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in western areas to normal in eastern areas. Northern Bahamas ranged from very wet to moderately dry and Belize ranged from moderately dry in southern and northwestern areas to normal.

March 2021 to February 2022

Apart from in the southern portion of the chain that was above normal, over the twelve month period normal to below normal conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad predominantly moderate to slightly wet in the extreme northeast; Tobago and Grenada predominantly normal to slightly wet; Barbados and St Maarten severely dry to normal; St Vincent and Dominica moderate to severely dry; Saint Lucia predominantly severe to extremely dry in the extreme north; Martinique exceptional to severely dry; Guadeloupe moderate to exceptionally dry west to east; Antigua exceptionally dry; St Kitts slight to moderately dry; Anguilla slightly dry to slightly wet south to north; St Croix moderately dry and St Thomas normal. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from slight to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slightly dry and Curacao normal. Puerto Rico ranged from normal in the south to slightly wet in the north.  Hispaniola was predominantly normal with slightly wet conditions on the northern Haiti/ Dominican Republic border, ranging to severely dry in the extreme south and in the southeast of the Dominica Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to severely dry in the south and to slightly wet in the north. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in the extreme west to moderately wet in the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to severely dry and Belize ranged from normal in the west to moderately dry in the south and north.

March 2020 to February 2022

Apart from the extreme south and north of the chain, normal to below normal conditions were experienced throughout the eastern Caribbean over the two year period. Trinidad and Anguilla ranged from slightly wet to normal; Tobago, Barbados and St Thomas normal; Grenada normal to slightly dry; St Vincent and Antigua severe to extremely dry; Saint Lucia and Guadeloupe moderate to exceptionally dry; Martinique extreme to moderately dry; Dominica extreme to slightly dry; St Kitts moderate to slightly dry; St Maarten severely dry to normal and St Croix moderately dry. Trinidad, Grenada and St. Kitts were between 0 to 0.75 oC warmer; Tobago and St. Maarten were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados ranged from 0.75 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer; Saint Lucia was predominantly between 0.25 and 0.75 oC cooler with the south ranging between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler; Martinique was between 0.75 oC cooler to 0.25 oC warmer; Dominica ranged from 0.25 oC warmer in the south to 1.50 oC cooler in the north; Guadeloupe was between 0.25 and 1.50 oC cooler; Antigua was between 0 to 0.25 cooler; St. Thomas and St. Croix were between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from 0.75 oC cooler to 2.50 oC warmer. Aruba was between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer and Curacao was between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler. November 2021 to January 2022

Mixed temperature anomalies prevailed in the eastern Caribbean for the period November 2021 to January 2022. Trinidad was predominantly between 0.25 and 0.75 to oC warmer with the southeastern tip between 0 to 0.25 oC warmer; Tobago, Grenada, Barbados, St. Kitts and St. Maarten and St. Croix were between 0.25 and 0.75 to oC warmer; Saint Lucia was between 0.25 warmer to 0.25 oC cooler; Martinique and St. Thomas were between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer; Dominica was between 0.25 oC warmer and 0.75 oC  cooler;  Guadeloupe was between 0 to 0.75 oC cooler; Antigua was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer; In the Guianas, conditions ranged from at least 0.75 oC cooler to 1.50 oC warmer. Aruba was between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer and Curacao was between 0 and 0.75 oC cooler. Puerto Rico was between 0 and 1.50 oC warmer. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from at least 0.75 oC cooler to 1.50 oC warmer. Aruba was between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer and Curacao was up to 0.25 oC cooler. Puerto Rico was between 0.25 and 1.50 oC warmer. Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica and Grand Cayman were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer. Trinidad ranged from extremely wet in the south to exceptionally dry in the north; Tobago and Guadeloupe exceptional to severely dry; Grenada slightly dry; Barbados, Saint Lucia, Martinique and Antigua extreme to exceptionally dry;  St Vincent severe to extremely dry;  Dominica moderate to extremely dry; St Kitts normal to slightly dry; St Maarten moderately dry to normal; Anguilla predominantly normal to slightly wet in the north; St Croix severe to moderately dry and St Thomas moderate to slightly dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from moderately dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slightly dry and Curacao ranged from slightly dry in the extreme south to predominantly normal. Puerto Rico ranged from normal to moderately dry. The Dominican Republic ranged from moderately wet in western areas to extremely dry in southeastern areas. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to moderately wet and Belize was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry in the northeast.

August 2021 to January 2022

Predominantly normal to below normal conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean over the six month period. Trinidad ranged from very wet to moderately dry southwest to northeast; Tobago normal to extremely dry; Grenada, St Kitts and St Thomas  slight to moderately dry; Barbados exceptional to moderately dry; St Vincent moderately dry; Saint Lucia severe to extremely dry; Martinique and Antigua exceptional to extremely dry; Dominica moderate to extremely dry; Guadeloupe severe to exceptionally dry; St Maarten severely dry to normal ; Anguilla predominantly normal to slightly wet in the north and St Croix severely dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slightly dry to normal and Curacao was normal. Puerto Rico ranged from severely dry in the south to slightly dry in the north. The Dominican Republic ranged from slightly wet in western areas to exceptionally dry in the southeast. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry in the west and slightly wet in west central areas. Grand Cayman ranged from normal to slightly wet. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in the west to normal in the east. Northern Bahamas ranged from very wet to extremely dry and Belize ranged from slightly dry in the south to normal in western areas and to extremely dry in the north.

February 2021 to January 2022

Apart from some areas in the southeast, conditions throughout the eastern Caribbean were predominantly normal to below normal over the twelve month period. Trinidad ranged from exceptionally wet to normal southwest to northeast; Tobago normal to slightly dry; Grenada and Anguilla slightly wet to predominantly normal; Barbados and St Maarten extremely dry to normal; St Vincent, Saint Lucia, Dominica, St Kitts and St Croix moderate to severely dry; Martinique exceptional to severely dry; Guadeloupe moderate to exceptionally dry; St Thomas normal and Antigua exceptionally dry. Conditions in the Guianas were mostly exceptional to moderately wet. Aruba was slightly dry and Curacao normal. Puerto Rico ranged from slightly dry on the extreme southeast to predominantly normal. The Dominican Republic ranged from exceptionally dry to slightly wet southeast to northwest. Jamaica ranged from moderately dry in the west and east to slightly wet in the northwest. February 2020 to January 2022

Conditions throughout the eastern Caribbean were predominantly normal to below normal over the two year period. Trinidad ranged from very wet to slightly dry southwest to northeast; Tobago normal to moderately dry; Grenada and Barbados normal to slightly dry; St Vincent and Antigua extreme to severely dry; Saint Lucia severe to exceptionally dry; Martinique exceptional to moderately dry; Dominica extreme to slightly dry; Guadeloupe moderate to exceptionally dry; St Kitts slight to moderately dry; St Maarten extremely dry to normal; Anguilla normal to slightly wet in the north; St Croix moderately dry and St Thomas normal. In the Guianas conditions ranged from exceptionally wet to extremely dry. Aruba and Curacao were normal. Puerto Rico was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in the north. The Dominican Republic ranged from exceptionally dry in southern areas to slightly wet on the northwestern border. Jamaica ranged from severely dry in the west and slightly dry in the east to very wet in the north. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from moderately dry in the extreme west to moderately wet in the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to exceptionally wet and Belize was predominantly normal ranging to moderately wet in the north.
