Predominantly normal to below normal conditions were experienced throughout the eastern Caribbean during the month of December. Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados, Martinique, St Kitts, St Maarten and Anguilla were normal; Grenada slightly dry; St Vincent moderately dry; Saint Lucia slightly dry to normal; Dominica moderate to very wet; Guadeloupe moderately wet in the south to moderately dry in the north; Antigua severe to extremely dry; St Croix extreme to moderately dry west to east; St Thomas moderate to predominantly slightly dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from moderately dry in central Guyana to very wet in southeastern French Guiana. Aruba was moderately dry and Curacao was severely dry. Puerto Rico ranged from extremely dry in the extreme south to extremely wet in the northwest. Hispaniola ranged from normal in western Haiti to extremely wet in eastern Dominican Republic. Jamaica and Grand cayman were normal. Northern Bahamas ranged from slightly wet to slightly dry and Belize from moderately dry in southern areas to moderately wet in central areas and to normal in the north.

Over the three month period, mixed conditions were experienced throughout the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad ranged from very wet to moderately dry; Tobago moderately dry to normal; Grenada and Antigua moderately dry; Barbados, Saint Lucia, Martinique, Dominica and St Maarten were normal; St Vincent, Guadeloupe and St Kitts slightly dry to normal; Anguilla predominantly normal to slightly wet; St Croix slight to moderately wet and St Thomas very to extremely wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from very wet in northern Guyana, to moderately dry on the northern Guyana/Suriname border. Aruba was moderate to slightly dry and Curacao was moderate to severely dry. Puerto Rico ranged from normal in the southwest to extremely wet in northeastern areas. Hispaniola ranged from very wet in southwestern areas to normal in northern areas. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in the extreme east. Grand cayman was normal. Northern Bahamas was moderately wet to slightly dry and Belize was slightly wet in the southeast, ranging to exceptionally wet in the east and moderately wet in the north.
July to December 2024
Mixed conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean over the six month period. Trinidad was severely dry to moderately wet; Tobago moderately wet; Grenada, Martinique, St Maarten and Anguilla slightly wet to normal; Barbados, St Vincent, Dominica Guadeloupe, Antigua and St Kitts were normal; Saint Lucia slightly wet; St Croix extreme to moderately dry and St Thomas slightly dry to normal. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from extremely wet in southwestern Guyana to extremely dry in northern Guyana and the southern Suriname/ French Guiana border. Aruba was moderate to slightly dry and Curacao normal to moderately dry. Puerto Rico ranged from exceptionally dry in the south to moderately wet in the northwest. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica was slightly wet in the extreme west ranging to extremely dry in central areas. Grand Cayman was moderate to slightly wet. Northern Bahamas was normal to very wet and Belize moderately dry in the south to moderately wet in the north.

Trinidad ranged from exceptionally dry to normal southwest to northeast; Tobago slight to moderately wet; Grenada and Antigua normal to slightly wet; Barbados, St Vincent, Saint Lucia, Martinique, Dominica, Guadeloupe, St Kitts, St Maarten and Anguilla normal; St Croix severe to moderately dry and St Thomas moderate to slightly dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from extremely wet in southwestern Guyana to exceptionally dry in northern Guyana and the southcentral Suriname / French Guiana border. Aruba was normal and Curacao moderate to slightly dry. Puerto Rico ranged from extremely dry in the south to moderately wet in the northwest. Hispaniola ranged from normal in western areas of Haiti to extremely wet in northeastern areas of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly moderately dry, ranging to slightly dry in the west and extreme east. Grand Cayman was normal. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to extremely wet and Belize from normal in the south to extremely wet in the northeast.
January 2023 to December 2024
Over the two year period conditions throughout the eastern Caribbean were predominantly normal to below normal. Trinidad ranged from exceptional to slightly dry southwest to northeast; Tobago, Martinique, St Kitts and St Thomas slightly dry to normal; Grenada severely dry; Barbados, Saint Lucia and St Maarten normal; St Vincent, Guadeloupe and Antigua moderate to slightly dry; Dominica slightly dry; St Croix severe to predominantly moderately dry and Anguilla normal to predominantly slightly wet. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from moderately wet in southern and central Guyana and to extremely dry in northeastern Guyana, and to moderately dry in norther Suriname and eastern French Guiana. Aruba and Curacao were moderately dry. Puerto Rico ranged from severely dry to normal from south to north. Hispaniola ranged from normal to moderately dry in central areas and to slightly wet in the extreme east. Jamaica was mostly moderately dry ranging to severely dry in the northwest and to slightly dry in the east. Grand Cayman was predominantly slightly wet ranging to normal in the east. Northern Bahamas was moderate to exceptionally wet and Belize moderately dry in the south ranging to normal in the north.
