Predominantly normal to above normal conditions prevailed throughout the islands of the eastern Caribbean during the month of November. Trinidad ranged from normal to predominantly exceptionally wet; Tobago exceptional to very wet; Grenada and Saint Lucia moderate to slightly wet; Barbados slightly dry in the south to predominantly normal; St Vincent, St Kitts and St Croix normal; Martinique and Guadeloupe moderately wet to moderately dry; Dominica and St Maarten normal to moderately wet; Antigua and St Thomas normal to slightly wet and Anguilla moderate to very wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from slightly dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba was normal to slightly wet and Curacao was moderate to predominantly very wet. Puerto Rico was normal. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging to moderately dry in the extreme southwest of Haiti and to very wet in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica ranged from normal in the west to moderately dry in the east. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from moderately wet in the extreme west to moderately dry in the southeast. Both Northern Bahamas and Belize ranged from normal to extremely wet.

September to November 2022

Mixed conditions were seen throughout the islands of the eastern Caribbean over the three month period. Trinidad slightly dry to predominantly exceptionally wet southwest to northeast; Tobago exceptionally wet; Grenada and St Maarten slightly  wet to normal; Barbados predominantly normal to slightly wet; St Vincent slightly dry to normal; Saint Lucia normal to very wet; Martinique moderately wet to extremely dry; Dominica moderately dry to exceptionally wet; Guadeloupe exceptional to slightly wet; Antigua and St Kitts normal; Anguilla slight to moderately wet; St Croix moderately wet and St Thomas very to extremely wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from slightly dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slightly wet and Curacao was moderately wet. Puerto Rico ranged from exceptional to very wet from west to east. Hispaniola ranged from severely dry in southern areas of Haiti to exceptionally wet in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica and Grand Cayman were normal. Cuba ranged from normal in the west to extremely dry in west and east central areas. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to very wet and Belize was mostly normal ranging to moderately dry in the south and to moderately wet in central and southeastern areas.

June to November 2022

Over the six month period, mixed conditions were seen throughout the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad slight to predominantly exceptionally wet; Tobago exceptionally wet; Grenada very wet to normal; Barbados moderately dry to slightly wet; St Vincent extremely dry to normal; Saint Lucia slight to extremely wet; Martinique very wet to severely dry; Dominica moderately dry to exceptionally wet; Guadeloupe very wet to normal; Antigua normal; St Kitts normal to moderately dry; St Maarten slightly dry to normal; Anguilla normal to moderately wet; St Croix slight to moderately wet and St Thomas very to extremely wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was predominantly slightly wet and Curacao was moderately wet. Puerto Rico ranged from exceptional to very wet from west to east. Hispaniola ranged from extremely dry in south western Haiti to very wet in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to moderately dry in the extreme east. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from normal to severely dry. Northern Bahamas was normal to extremely wet and Belize was predominantly normal ranging to slightly dry in the west and to slightly wet in the east.

December 2021 to November 2022

Conditions over the twelve month period were mixed throughout the islands of the eastern Caribbean.  Trinidad very to predominantly exceptionally wet; Tobago exceptionally wet; Grenada, Saint Lucia and Anguilla moderately wet to normal; Barbados and Antigua slightly dry to normal; St Vincent exceptional to moderately dry; Martinique slightly wet to extremely dry; Dominica moderately dry to extremely wet; Guadeloupe moderately wet to slightly dry; St Kitts normal to moderately dry; St Croix normal; St Maarten severely dry to normal and St Thomas predominantly moderate to very wet. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from exceptionally wet to severely dry. Aruba was normal and Curacao slight to predominantly moderately wet. Puerto Rico was extreme to moderately wet from northwest to southeast. Hispaniola ranged from exceptionally dry in the extreme southwest of Haiti to moderately wet in the northeast of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica ranged from normal to severely dry from west to east. Grand Cayman was slightly dry in the west to predominantly normal. Cuba was mostly normal ranging to severely dry in the west and to moderately dry in the east. Northern Bahamas ranged from exceptionally wet to normal and Belize ranged from slightly dry to very wet from west to east.

December 2020 to November 2022

In the Guianas, conditions ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was normal and Curacao slightly wet. Puerto Rico ranged from extremely wet to normal from west to east. The islands of the eastern Caribbean experienced mixed conditions during the month of October. Trinidad ranged from moderately dry to exceptionally wet southwest to northeast; Tobago exceptionally wet; Grenada very to slightly wet; Barbados, St Vincent and St Croix normal to slightly dry; Saint Lucia and Anguilla normal to slightly wet; Martinique, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Antigua and St Thomas normal; St Kitts normal to moderately dry and St Maarten severely dry to normal. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from extremely dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba and Curacao were normal. Puerto Rico ranged from exceptionally wet to normal west to east. Hispaniola ranged from slightly wet in southern areas of the Dominican Republic to extremely dry on the northern border of the two countries. Jamaica ranged from extremely dry in southern areas to moderately wet in the north. Grand Cayman was slightly dry in the west to predominantly normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in the west to slightly wet on the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from moderately wet to moderately dry and Belize ranged from normal in central areas to exceptionally dry in the south, severely dry in the north and slightly wet in the extreme southeast.

August to October 2022

Mixed conditions prevailed throughout the islands of the eastern Caribbean during the three month period. Trinidad moderately dry to exceptionally wet southwest to northeast; Tobago exceptionally wet; Grenada and Barbados slightly wet to normal; St Vincent moderate to slightly dry; Saint Lucia and Anguilla normal to moderately wet; Martinique moderately wet to moderately dry; Dominica moderately dry to exceptionally wet; Guadeloupe extreme to slightly wet; Antigua normal; St Kitts predominantly normal to moderately dry; St Maarten slightly dry to slightly wet; St Croix very wet and St Thomas extreme to predominantly exceptionally wet. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from exceptionally wet in southern and northern Guyana to moderately dry in northeast central Suriname. Aruba was slightly wet and Curacao normal to slightly wet. Puerto Rico was predominantly exceptionally wet, and extremely wet in the extreme east. Hispaniola ranged from moderately dry in western Haiti to very wet in the extreme east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica ranged from normal in southern and eastern areas to severely dry in the west and to very wet in the north. Grand Cayman ranged from slightly dry in the west to predominantly normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in central areas to normal in the extreme west and east. Northern Bahamas ranged from moderately dry to slightly wet. Belize was predominantly normal, ranging from extremely dry in the south to very wet in the southeast.

In the Guianas, conditions ranged from exceptionally wet to severely dry. Aruba and Curacao were normal. Puerto Rico ranged from moderate to exceptionally wet southeast to northwest. Northern Bahamas ranged from moderately wet to moderately dry and Belize ranged from slightly dry in the south to exceptionally wet in the northeast.

Conditions in the Guianas ranged from exceptionally wet to moderately dry. Aruba and Curacao were normal. Puerto Rico ranged from normal to very wet. The Dominican Republic was mostly normal ranging to moderately dry in the south and to slightly wet in the north. Jamaica was mostly normal ranging from extremely dry in the east to slightly wet in the north. Grand Cayman was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in the east. Cuba was mostly normal ranging to severely dry in west central areas and to moderately dry in the extreme east and slightly wet in the southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from exceptionally wet to normal and Belize ranged from moderately dry in the west to extremely wet in the northeast.

Trinidad was 0 to predominantly between 0.25 and 0.75 oC cooler; Grenada, Martinique, Dominica, St. Thomas and St. Croix were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados was between 0.25 oC cooler and 0.75 oC warmer; Saint Lucia was between 1.50 to 0.25 oC warmer south to north; Guadeloupe was between 0 to 0.75 oC warmer; Antigua was between 0 and 0.75 oC cooler; St. Kitts was between 0.25 oC cooler and 0.25 oC warmer; St. Maarten was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from 0.25 oC cooler to 1.50 oC warmer. Aruba was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. Curacao was between 0.25 oC warmer to predominantly between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler. Curacao was between 0 to 0.75 oC cooler. Puerto Rico was between 0 to 0.25 oC warmer. Dominican Republic was between 0.25 oC warmer to 0.25 oC cooler south to north. Grand Cayman was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer. Northern Bahamas was between 0 to 1.50 oC warmer. Belize was between 1.50 oC warmer to 0.75 oC cooler.

April to September 2022

Northern Bahamas was between 0 and 1.50 oC warmer. Belize was between 0.75 oC warmer and 0.75 oC cooler south to north.

Temperature anomalies for the period October 2021 to September 2022 were predominantly warmer than usual. Trinidad was predominantly between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler ranging up to 0.25 oC warmer; Grenada, Saint Lucia, St. Croix and St. Thomas were between 0.25 and 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados was between 0.25 oC cooler and 0.75 oC warmer; Martinique, Dominica, St. Kitts and St. Maarten were between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer; Guadeloupe was predominantly between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer ranging to 0.25 oC cooler in the northeast; Antigua was between 0 to 0.25 oC cooler. The Guianas were predominantly warmer than usual ranging from 0.75 oC cooler to 0.75 oC warmer. Aruba was between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer and Curacao was between 0 and 0.75 oC cooler. Puerto Rico was between 0 and 0.75 oC warmer. Dominican Republic was predominantly between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer ranging up to 0.75 oC warmer in the southwest. Tobago was between 0 to 0.75 oC warmer; Grenada, Saint Lucia, Martinique and Dominica were between 0.25 to 0.75 oC warmer; Barbados was between 0.25 oC cooler and 1.50 oC warmer; Guadeloupe was predominantly between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer, ranging from 0.75 oC warmer to 0.25 oC cooler; Antigua and St. Kitts were between 0 and 0.25 oC cooler; St. Maarten was between 0.25 oC warmer to to 0.25 oC cooler; St. Thomas and St. Croix were between 0 and 0.25 oC warmer.
