Mixed conditions prevailed throughout the eastern Caribbean during the month of July. Trinidad ranged from exceptionally wet in the southeast to normal in the northwest; Tobago, St Croix and St Thomas normal; Grenada extreme to slightly wet south to north; Barbados normal to slightly wet; St Vincent severe to moderately dry; Saint Lucia normal to extremely dry; Martinique normal to severely dry; Dominica, Guadeloupe and Antigua slight to moderately dry; St Kitts normal to slightly dry and St Maarten moderately dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from slightly dry to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slightly dry and Curacao was moderately dry. Puerto Rico ranged from moderately wet in the west to normal in the east. Hispaniola ranged from very wet in northwestern Dominican Republic to normal in western areas of Haiti and to slightly dry in the southern areas of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica ranged from severely dry in the west to exceptionally wet in the northeast. Grand Cayman ranged from slightly dry to normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in the west to exceptionally wet in the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from normal to moderately dry and Belize was moderately wet in the west to slightly dry in the northeast.

May to July 2021

During the three month period, mixed conditions were seen throughout the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad very wet to normal west to east; Tobago slight to moderately wet; Grenada exceptional to very wet; Barbados normal to moderately wet; St Thomas normal to slightly wet; St Vincent, Saint Lucia, Dominica, Guadeloupe and St Kitts slight to moderately dry; Martinique normal to extremely dry; Antigua moderate to severely dry ; St Maarten slightly dry to normal and St Croix slightly dry. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was moderately dry and Curacao was slightly dry to normal. Puerto Rico ranged from extremely wet in northwestern areas to slightly wet in the east. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet in central areas of the Dominican Republic and slightly dry in the extreme south and east of the Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to slightly wet conditions in the extreme north and to severely dry conditions in the extreme west. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from extremely dry in the west to very wet in the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from slight to extremely dry and Belize was predominantly normal ranging to moderately dry in northern areas.

February to July 2021

Mixed conditions were seen over the six month period in the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad ranged from exceptionally wet in the southwest to slightly wet in the northeast; Tobago slight to moderately wet; Grenada exceptional to very wet; Barbados normal to slightly wet; St Vincent , St Kitts, St Maarten and St Croix moderately dry; Saint Lucia and Dominica predominantly normal with slightly dry conditions in the south. Martinique normal to moderately dry; Guadeloupe normal to severely dry; Antigua severe to extremely dry and St Thomas normal to slightly wet. Conditions in the Guianas ranged from normal to exceptionally wet. Aruba was slight to moderately dry and Curacao slight to moderately wet. Puerto Rico ranged from very wet in the northwest to normal in the east. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging from moderately dry in the extreme south and southwest to moderately wet in northwest central Dominican Republic. Jamaica was predominantly normal ranging to moderately dry in the west and to slightly wet in the north. Grand Cayman was normal. Cuba ranged from exceptionally dry in the west to moderately wet in the southeast. Northern Bahamas ranged from slight to exceptionally dry and Belize was moderately dry in southern areas ranging to normal in central and northern areas.

August 2020 to July 2021

Over the twelve month period, mixed conditions were seen throughout the eastern Caribbean. Trinidad exceptionally wet to normal west to east; Tobago and Grenada normal to moderately wet; Barbados moderately wet; St Vincent moderately dry; Saint Lucia and Guadeloupe slightly dry to normal; Martinique slightly wet to severely dry; Dominica severely dry to moderately wet; Antigua slightly dry; St Kitts and St Maarten slight to moderately dry; St Croix severe to moderately dry and St Thomas normal. In the Guianas, conditions ranged from slight to exceptionally wet. Aruba was normal and Curacao slightly wet. Puerto Rico was normal. Hispaniola was predominantly normal with the exception of the northwestern area of Haiti which was moderately wet and southern areas of the Dominican Republic which ranged to severely dry. Cuba ranged from normal in western, northwestern and northeastern areas to very wet in the extreme southeast. Northern Bahamas was normal to slightly wet and Belize ranged from moderately dry in southern areas to extremely wet in the north.

August 2019 to July 2021

Over the two year period conditions in the eastern Caribbean were predominantly normal to below normal. Trinidad was predominantly normal ranging from slightly wet in the west to slightly dry in the east; Tobago, Grenada and St Thomas normal; Barbados moderately dry to normal; St Vincent exceptionally dry; Saint Lucia exceptional to extremely dry; Martinique and Dominica severely dry to normal; Guadeloupe normal to extremely dry; Antigua and St Kitts slightly dry to normal; St Maarten slightly dry and St Croix severe to moderately dry. Mixed conditions were observed over the twelve month period in the eastern Caribbean.  Trinidad ranged from extremely wet to normal west to east; Tobago normal to slightly wet; Grenada, Antigua, Anguilla, St marten and St Thomas normal; Barbados moderately wet; St Vincent moderately dry; saint Lucia and St Kitts normal to slightly dry; Martinique ranged from slightly wet in the south to severely dry in the north; Dominica moderately dry in the south to moderately wet in the north; Guadeloupe normal to slightly dry; St Croix severe to moderately dry. In the Guianas conditions ranged from slight to exceptionally wet. Aruba was normal and Curacao slightly wet. Puerto Rico ranged from normal in the southeast to moderately wet in the northwest. Hispaniola was predominantly normal ranging to moderately wet in northwest Haiti to severely dry in the extreme southwestern tip of the Dominican Republic.
